PUTRI CINTA: WILD AND EXOTIC
There’s a good chance, or at least I like to imagine it, that the first Europeans who landed in South America found natives like Putri Cinta on the coast, dressed only in leaf skirts.
Thinking they were Gods of the sea, they received them with offerings of all kinds, including carnal ones, hence the few who returned to the old continent described the Americas as Paradise on Earth.
