STANDING ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD
According to General Traffic Regulations, the shoulder is the longitudinal strip drawn parallel to the road that delimits it and is not intended for transit, with some exceptions. Stopping at the shoulder can only be done in an emergency. But what exactly is an emergency?
