THIS IS TWERKING
Twerking, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, is a recently officially pop-culture term added to the English language. Twerking is dancing to popular music with the body bent low and the hips moving forwards and backwards.
In reference to its etymology, it is presumed that its origin took place in the 19th century, as a result of a fusion between twicht or twist, which means “contraction” or “torsion”, and jerk, which means “rapid or spasmodic movement”, which means we could translate it as a “shaking motion”.
