What do you work with and for how long?
May Calasans: I currently sell photos and videos +18, without censorship, this content ranges from a sensual shoot, artistic nude to the most explicit photos and home videos. I’ve been working with this for a short time, more or less since the middle of 2018, because the need arose and I was already noticing that other girls in the middle (alternative models) also did it.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like listening to music, drawing, seeing my friends, eating, watching horror/thriller series and movies, and spending time on social media. Lately I’m addicted to following the BBB on twitter.
Why did you decide to start working on your sensual side?
May Calasans: I’ve always been a very introverted girl since I was a child, in my teens, although I managed to show my “rock’n’roll” side, I still had a lot of insecurity, traumas and complexes with my appearance. On the other hand, I always thought the sexy photos were too beautiful, every time I saw them on a TV show when I was a kid, I wanted to be like those models, they showed the photos (censored of course) with a really cool song and I was like WOW .
All this on top of my admiration for pinups and their history in general. And there’s also the case of Suicide Girls, which was very much in line with my alternative style, I had a dream of being part of the community but I didn’t know anything about it other than the style that the photos and models carried, a long time ago when it was my platonic passion i didn’t even think about the money involved in it.
So all this influenced me to have this desire. After my first shoot with Doce pro Suicide Girls I felt wonderful, the moment of the photo shoot is a unique moment that makes you catch up with your self-esteem and feel like a Goddess, and of course Doce is a great photographer always makes me very comfortable! I forgot to point out that nowadays I use photography to express myself and show a little more of who I am, my goal is that with my work this becomes increasingly clear.
Have you ever suffered any prejudice for this? If yes, how do you handle it?
May Calasans: Yes, sometimes on the street, actually many times because I’ve always had a different look, people make fun of it, in the old days it was more unusual for people to stop me on the street to say that my hair was beautiful. Nowadays, what bothers me the most is machismo, unfortunately it is still very present in society, so it is difficult to escape. On the internet it’s easy, you swear, but personally I can say that it stresses me out a lot, we have to be very firm psychologically not to get carried away by this.
Did you like the result of the photos for the Blog? Did it feel good?
I loved it, as I had already mentioned Doce is a great photographer I felt like Butterfly from the Crazy Town song inside that very psychedelic bathroom. Laughs!

May Calasans: On the internet, I had already seen your Instagram with beautiful photos and beautiful girls. I confess that before Doce proposed that we pose for you, I never imagined that I would, but here I am.
What do you like most about the blog?
I think it’s really cool the way you praise girls, models, and I love this Testosterone shirt, I think it’s really beautiful!
What’s the weirdest situation you’ve ever been in while shooting?
May Calasans: I haven’t been through many, thankfully. But I can say that it was when I did an external shoot with a male photographer and the purpose of the shoot was that it was a bit daring but not sensual because there was a flow of people there, at a certain point in the session he asked me to lift my skirt to do the pictures. I only managed to think later that it was very good for me to have gone with someone.
What was the place where you most enjoyed photographing?
Look, until now the place I most enjoyed photographing was on the terrace of the building where I live, it was a sunny day, we used a lot of water in the photos, I felt comfortable and free, as well as powerful, lol! I even took these photos with @bap.fotografia kiss Blendonnn.
Do you have any professional dreams?
May Calasans: Honestly it’s a dream for me to become an official model for Suicide Girls.
Who are your inspirations and references?
I don’t think they’re really people, but they’re things that some people wear, put on makeup or do, I’m taking one thing over there and adapting everything to my style.
Do you have any fetishes?
May Calasans: I’m very curious about being tied down, having sex while being tied up.
How is your relationship with your fans/followers?
I don’t know if I can call them fans, but I have a very direct relationship with the people who follow me, I always thank them for their affection, for their compliments.
What kind of messages do you receive most in your inbox?

What kind of music do you like to listen to?
Absolutely everything, I’m one of those that if I like it I listen to it, but generally I like rock, pop, reggae even R&B. I’m very nostalgic so everything that was a hit in the past I enjoy listening to, the other day I was listening to Alô dos Travessos and I’m not that close to pagodas nowadays. In general, I listen to music that comforts me and leaves me calm, I really enjoy national Rap also in the style of Djonga, Froid, Filipe Ret and the beautiful Cynthia Luz.
What do you like to watch?
May Calasans: I enjoy watching Netflix series like Sex Education, Luna Nera, Sabrina.

Since when do you photograph sensual shoots?
My first experience with sensual photography was when I was 15 years old.
My mother had given me an analogue camera a few years earlier.
I photographed a friend half naked in the garage of her house, and I remember well indicating poses and getting her ready during the rehearsal, funny because today my strong point in photography is directing. My journey was starting that day and I had no idea.bAt 17 I got my first job and it was in a studio and photographic laboratory, since then I have been working in this market.
Do you have a specific project?
Yes! I have a few and would love to share them all here. But today I want to tell you about the project I’m creating to photograph plus size models. As I said above, my favorite area of photography is directing, and I realize that plus size models end up not having their shoots as explored as a top model with a sculptural body.
My proposal with the project is to celebrate the beauty and daring of these women, and of course, to open up even more space for them within the alt model market and alternative universe. By the way, taking advantage of the space, interested people feel free to contact me.
What do you consider to be the biggest challenge in making sexy photos?
A sensual essay has several phases, and each one of them has its obstacles.
I think the most difficult thing is the process of convincing a woman to abandon the standards and beliefs she had until then. A sensual rehearsal demands delivery. The model needs to be involved, present and confident.
So, the more freed from any TABU, the better the test result will be. That’s why before a sensual rehearsal it’s important to have a more intimate conversation with the model. Know and understand how she feels, what she seeks.
