I am a nursing technician and I worked for a few years in hospitals in RJ, more specifically in the delivery room.
What was it like for you to leave nursing and dedicate yourself completely to your modeling career?
At the beginning, like everything in life, it was complicated, learning to position myself and gaining experience, making contacts and such. But today I saw that I made the right choice!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’ve been a bit of a homebody since the beginning of the pandemic, but I really enjoy enjoying parks and outdoor places. Whenever I can I travel too.

I can tell you that it was a much bigger change inside than outside. It brought me many learnings to fitness life. Discipline, self-control and understanding that everything is a matter of time and constancy. Today I see that they are two lives in one, mine before has nothing to do with mine today as a person.
What’s your Melissa Lameira secret for staying in shape?
Constancy and self-love. I don’t think it would ever let me relax again. I love who I’ve become and this is already a natural part of my everyday life.
