Naomie Harris was born in North London. Her mother, Carmen, in five years, moved to England from Jamaica, one a daughter, because the father, a native of Trinidad, has left her before the birth of Naomi. Carmen worked as a screenwriter on television for thirteen years she worked on the soap Opera “Estendere”. Naomi grew up in London’s prestigious acting school Anna Sher, who has secured her first role in the television series. In 1987 and 1988, Harris starred in the children’s series “Simon and the witch” produced by BBC, and later she was one of the leading Actresses sci-Fi series “Men Of Tomorrow”.
In 1992, Harris enrolled at Pembroke College, one of the colleges of Cambridge University, where he studied sociology and political science. In 1998, deciding to pursue an acting career, Harris went to drama school Bristol old Vic, founded by Laurence Olivier. After graduation in 2002 Naomi was chosen as one of the leading roles in the movie “28 Days Later”. This fantastic Thriller was a great audience success and brought the actress fame both in the UK and abroad.
In 2004, Harris was invited to Hollywood — she played one of the roles of the second plan in a Comedy Thriller “After The Sunset” with Pierce Brosnan and Salma Hayek in the lead roles. Then Naomi began to appear regularly in American films: she played supporting roles in films with a high budget, such as the second and third part of “Pirates of the Caribbean” and the militants “Miami Vice,” “Street Kings” and “Ninja Assassin”.

In 2007, Harris was nominated for a BAFTA in the category “Rising star”, but the award was given to Eva Green. In early 2011, Harris played the role of bride of Frankenstein in the same theatre, directed by Danny Boyle, in which her partners were Benedict Cumberbatch and johnny Lee Miller[1]. Harris played the role of Eve Manypenny, partner of James bond in the 23rd part of “James Bond”, 007: Coordinates “Skyfall”, released in 2012.
