Seth Stephens-Davidowitz, a PhD economist at Harvard University, analyzed a range of Internet research sources on sexuality. One of his findings from looking at porn sites like Pornhub was that women have a slight preference for lesbian videos. “About 20% of the porn that straight women see is lesbian porn,” reveals Stephens-Davidowitz.
Masochistic sex videos are also among the most viewed by women, with a percentage very similar to that of lesbian pornography. “Pornography featuring violence against women is also extremely popular with women. It is much more popular among women than men. I hate to say this because misogynists seem to love this fact. Fantasy life is not always politically correct,” he said. “The rate at which women watch violent pornography is about the same in all parts of the world. It is not correlated with how women are treated.” This shouldn’t be entirely surprising; after all, according to another survey ‘62% of women like rough sex’.
