The reality star posed in various racy lingerie looks on Tuesday including one with a nipple ring attachment. Kourtney was seen in a black bustier and thong garter over wide fishnet stockings and sky high patent stilettos. In another look Kourtney’s black bra and mesh top showed a nipple ring attached to the outside.

At another point in the day the recently engaged mom of three held on to her assistant Elizabeth as she balanced on another pair of white platform heels with a long silk nightgown and white robe on top.
